ANALYZER COMMISSIONING & SERVICES VERIFICATION AND CALIBRATION
Our trained service technicians and engineers ensure proper operation and commissioning of all makes of on-line analyzers for new installations, product changeover and re-commission of existing equipments.
Our Skilled OEM Service team provides site support during the plant commissioning and start-up for all of our supplied systems. We depute highly experienced Instrument/ Electrical/ Pump / Analyzer engineers for turn-key services to site.
The field activities of our Service Engineers at site are:
• Supervision of Installation, site erection.
• Pre-commissioning.
• Site Acceptance Tests, of analyzer and their associated systems.
• Start-up of system
• Troubleshooting of existing analyser and associated systems.
• Flow meter verification at site.
• Flow meter calibration at Factory.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION
PH Trading team has extensive knowledge in process Analyzer, instrumentation, electrical, systems and mechanical, fabrication and inspection.
Our team associates with OEM project management teams to support our clients in managing their projects. Our expertise in the full spectrum of system integration and project management provides the technical and management expertise for successful execution of projects from initial feasibility studies, preparing the costing and basic engineering for the customer, going through the system design, according the specifications, to final startup & commissioning, we can ensure that all components of the analytical system are well designed from the sample point at process pipeline to the DCS communications.
Projects are delivered with documentation binders complete with drawings, manuals and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Final onsite start up commissioning and training is provided to ensure system specifications are met and personnel are trained.
Startup, Commissioning and training are provided by our experienced engineers as the final step, critical to the successful functioning and operation of our installations.
Our OEM engineers supervise and Inspect all Instrument & Electrical Work on new installations based on the specific requirements of the projects, and applicable international standards. The inspection activities can be from testing the products at manufacturers' facilities, during system integration phase, up to final phase of commissioning.
TRAINING
Our OEM project and service engineers are adept in training field engineers, technicians and operators to carry out routine care of the products and installations supplied by us.
We can provide training at our facilities or at customer site to key personnel on engineering, operation, maintenance, system monitoring, diagnostics and basic repair of the systems, to keep your on-line and related systems operating smoothly.
We can develop a customized training program according to your needs, with In-room sessions and hands-on sessions while working with the analysers, installations and related systems.
